SARAH SACK
Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker experienced in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and codependency, low self-esteem, identity, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Sarah takes a whole person approach to help you gain the hope, skills, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges, make meaningful change, and manage your mental health and well-being successfully. Together you will work to build the bridge from where you are now to a life with more joy, resilience, and possibility. You are no less worthy than anyone else of a full and meaningful life, and Sarah believes that whole-heartedly. She is here to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to find growth and healing. Sarah will meet you where you are at, remain open and curious about your experiences, and partner with you to identify and work towards your goals. Sarah believes in the healing power of showing up authentically, creating a trusting relationship with you, and even sharing some laughs along the way.
