Born and raised in Ecuador, Adela dedicates her life to the preservation and revitalization of indigenous wisdom from her Quechua lineage of the Andes. Her offering is based on a cultural exchange between earth based indigenous medicines and Eastern tradition.
She has been practicing Ayurvedic Medicine on the west side of LA and facilities women’s circles, cacao rituals, mother and daughter moon wisdom ceremonies, Ayurvedic workshops and wellness retreats for the past seven years.
As a steward of her lineage, she puts in practice skillful compassion to help individuals access their own inner healer. Her core values are inspired by the Andean principles of Ayni or Sacred Reciprocity and the Sumaq Kawsay, the Art of Right Living.
